Sherrah Taylor has been in the Massage Profession since 1992. Her main schooling was in New Mexico at Crystal Mountain Therapeutic Massage School and many hours of Continuing Education.
Sherrah has owned her own Business since 1993 and has provided services at various businesses such as a Chiropractic Center, Home for the Elderly, Rehabilitation Center, Hotels and Spas. She has taught Massage, Hydrotherapy, Pathology, Spa and Stone Treatments, and Chair Massage.
Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Stretching, Pressure and Trigger Point Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Neural Muscular Therapy, Postural Analysis, Stone Therapy, Trager Movement Therapy, Cranio Sacral, Polarity and Reiki are some of the modalities that Sherrah uses in her treatments.
Sherrah’s training, experience, intention, and communication with touch guides her to facilitate a Massage focusing on improved muscular balance, circulation, nerve force, thermotherapy balance, and relaxation that assist the client to a sense of better well being.
